3. Loosening: newly processed and assembled parts, there is a deviation of geometric shape and matching size, in the early days of use, due to impact, vibration and other alternating loads, as well as the influence of heat, deformation and other factors, coupled with too fast wear and other reasons, easy to loosen the original fastening parts.


4. Use environment: for different seasons and different use environments, in special cases, special processing needs to be done for the use environment. For example: in the northern winter, it is necessary to use low temperature grease when the temperature is below zero. The surface grease freezes and starts slowly


5. Leakage phenomenon: When installing, take the correct assembly method as far as possible in the assembly. Do not tap the installation. The crack caused by the knock is difficult to find in the assembly and debugging, but due to the vibration and impact of the operation process, this defect is exposed, manifested as leakage (seepage) of oil. Therefore, the running-in period will occasionally appear leakage phenomenon.
